With a proven track record of successful projects and as the Plumbing Department Head at TEC, Frank is directly responsible for the design and overseeing of all work in TEC’s plumbing department. Frank is responsible for setting the design standards, quality control and approach for all projects. He has extensive experience in designing all types of projects, notably hospitality, mixed-use, restaurant and multifamily projects. His technical expertise in designing water heating systems, pumping systems, water reclaim systems, roof drainage, sanitary and grease trap design and routing, food service coordination, gas service and water treatment and softening systems has extended on projects of all types and sizes. Frank is a demonstrated leader within the team and assists his team in collaborating with clients, design professionals, other sub consultants and contractors to design and deliver innovative project solutions.
